Design
In Flores Valles we take care of the minimum detail to achieve : functionality, robustness and reliability, characteristics that make the difference with other products in the market.
This would not be possible without Flores Valles investment, for more than 50 years, in its own R&D department to develop products of the highest quality that anticipate the market trends.
Project
Once the sale responsable has understood and defined the needs of the customer, our project department take care of the space integration of the furniture and equipment, studying the most rational distribution by optimizing the free space, taking into account the installation profitability without forgetting the most strictly standards.

The manufacturing process is taking place in our warehouse following the quality system ISO 9001 which reinforced even more our product's guarantee.
Flores Valles products manufacturing can be sum up in 2 concepts : we have the most modern machinery and the highest quality materials.
Flores Valles warehouse is more than 20.000m2.
Installation
Our Process department is responsable of the planning of the project carrying out co-ordinating shipment and installation starting (only for national sales).
In Flores Valles we have a team of more than 40 technicals who takes care of all the equipments and furniture (only in national sale case) installation which finalizes by the running and customer satisfaction.
After Sales Service

After Sales Service
In order to improve day by day our attention towards the customers in 2006 we created Ábaco Technical Assitance, a company that belongs to Flores Valles Industrial Group, offering an after sale service of the maximum quality in the minimum time. It gets the professionals and the necessary equipment for the quality of the service to be compared with our product's one.
Flores Valles has the capacity to quickly solve any problem that can occur during the installation.
